Santiago Alsina

Managing Partner

Santiago Alsina is Managing Partner of TAYSA Capital Partners. He has more than 30 years of investment banking experience, having executed more than 100 M&A, Debt Restructuring and Capital Raising transactions for an aggregate amount of more than US$ 37 Bn in 18 countries.

Mr. Alsina was a former Managing Director and Head of Lazard’s Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group in Latin America excluding Brazil and Mexico and Head of Argentina at Lazard. He has executed transactions and provided financial advisory services in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, USA, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Venezuela, Panama, Trinidad & Tobago, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

Jasmine Earnshaw

Managing Director

Jasmine Earnshaw is a Managing Director of TAYSA Capital Partners. She has more than 18 years of investment banking experience, having executed more than 50 M&A, Debt Restructuring and Capital Raising transactions for an aggregate amount of more than US$ 25 Bn in 16 countries.

Ms. Earnshaw was the former Director of Lazard’s Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group in Latin America excluding Brazil and Mexico. She participated in transactions in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure (PEI), Financial Institutions (FIG), and Telecom & Technology (TMT) industries throughout Latin America, working frequently with clients and counterparties from the US, Europe and Asia.

Ornella Bottin

Vice President

Ornella Bottin is a Vice President at TAYSA Capital Partners. She has over 6 years of experience in financial advisory, including M&A and debt restructuring. She worked for 4 years at Lazard where she was an Associate in the Power, Energy and Infrastructure group in Latin America excluding Brazil and Mexico.

Ms. Bottin participated in transactions throughout Latin America and Central America in the PEI and O&G sectors. Main mandates include advising CGC on the acquisition of 49% stake in Aguada del Chañar from YPF (Argentina), Corporación América on its partnership with Blue Sky Uranium to develop an uranium project in Río Negro, Argentina (US$ 160 MM); Sigma FI on the sale of two wind farms (129 MW) located in Peru to Luz del Sur (China Three Georges) (US$ 400MM); Equinor and Scatec on the sale of a 117 MW solar farm in Argentina to Central Puerto.

Alfonso Sundblad

Analyst

Alfonso Sundblad is an Analyst at TAYSA Capital Partners. He has over a year of experience working with TAYSA Capital Partners in financial advisory. He is an economics graduate with deep knowledge in programming, natural language processing and big data.

CGC, Corporación América

Mr. Sundblad advising CGC on the acquisition of 49% stake in Aguada del Chañar from YPF (Argentina), and Corporación América on its partnership with Blue Sky Uranium to develop an uranium project in Río Negro, Argentina (US$ 160 MM).

He taught economics at Cardenal Newman High School for 3 years, where he managed classes of c.30 students, met with parents and coordinated curricula with the school authorities. He also designed and taught a full Excel course for his students.
