Main mandates include advising CGC on the acquisition of 49% stake in Aguada del Chañar from YPF (Argentina), Corporación América on its partnership with Blue Sky Uranium to develop an uranium project in Río Negro, Argentina (US$ 160 MM); Sigma FI on the sale of two wind farms (129 MW) located in Peru to Luz del Sur (China Three Georges) (US$ 400MM); Equinor and Scatec on the sale of a 117 MW solar farm in Argentina to Central Puerto.
